31 Days of Homeschool Helps
31 Days of Homeschool Helps is all about helping you, as the homeschool mom, to create and plan a homeschool that you love. It goes beyond what “school” is, and instead encompasses all aspects of the home. Because, when we are homeschooling, we are really learning to live life and learn together as a family.
This entire year, and most of last year as well, have been a whirlwind. I don’t know if it is because the kids are getting older, or if life really is moving at warp speed. You end up in survival mode. You just want to get through one more day, and then things will be better.
I know that isn’t how you want to run your home and homeschool, it isn’t how I want to run mine either. Changes had to be made, but changes take time.

Thank you so much for sharing your very down to earth homeschooling journey. I miss the days of dropping the kids off at VBS but am really enjoying cooking for all of the kids and volunteers.
Love to set up. Easy to use. I look forward to looking around more.
Thank you for sharing all the resources! We have bought so many read alouds from your Sonlight haul/unboxing. Thank you for a chance to add more to our homeschool from Rainbow Resource!
Advice for new homeschooling family of an 11th grader who has not been successful in “brick and mortar” school?
First, I would sit down and talk to your student. Ask what they are interested in. What is it that they hope to do in the future? Is there a particular interest or topic that you could develop a program of study around? Giving the student more ownership and autonomy of their education is important, especially at this age. I would love to chat further with you about this. You can send me an e-mail through my contact form here: https://www.townsend-house.com/contact/
Oh my goodness. I saw your giveaway and thank you for this opportunity so much. Our dad abandoned us and it has just been so hard since the pandemic started. I hope I’ll win so that I can buy the things I needed for nursing school since it’s my dream to be a doctor and I’m starting college next year. Thank you so so much 😊💕
Despite the depressing experiences and moments of my life, doubts that maybe I can’t go through but this gives me a bit of hope to continue this excruciating journey
