what i am eating
Last weekend we were able to visit with my brother, sister-in-law, and adorable nephew! I figured it would be the perfect time to make a big breakfast. I made blueberry muffins and quiche. I love making muffins. I have a pretty easy recipe that I use for many different variations. This time it happened to be blueberry, but the muffins are great plain, with pumpkin, add apples, or banana. Really, any type of muffin you want to make will work with this basic recipe. You can find that here. The heat has returned this week though, so no more baking for a little while!
